Market Research---Free Household Health Benefits for 30 days

I am looking for 10 people to participate in a market research for our Dental, Vision, Prescription and Chiropractic benefits. You will be able to use the benefits for 30 days free of charge to you, and then if you choose to keep the benefits you may do so. If you keep the benefits then you will have to pay $19.95 per month for household coverage. I just ask that you let me know your honest opinion of the benefits at the end of the 30 day period, and you can do this through a simple email or phone call NO SURVEY ...LOL
